My baby boy

My baby boy is no longer a "baby". He's a toddler. And he's WALKING!!! Ahhhh! I still can't get over that! His first birthday has past, his party has past, it feels like life is passing by too fast.

An I really enjoying each and every moment? Am I cherishing each moment like I should? Am I taking enough pictures? Am I playing with him enough? All these questions frequently pop up in my mind. I feel like the first year was awesome!! Of course, I could have taken a few more pictures! ;)

I'm feeling a little lost in life right now. I only know how to be a mother, nothing else. I need to find motivation, EVERY DAY, to clean, learn to cook, etc. I need to find a full time job to help out with bills. I need to do so much stuff that it is overwhelming and I end up doing none of it.

I really need to pray more often. So many times I think about it yet I still put it off. And why? For what reason? I time for the apps on my phone but not God? He is the one person I can look to for answers when no one else can give me nothing. He's the one I should be praising for simply waking me up this morning. I am slacking. I need to also start going to church more. I have so many things I want out of life but how much do I plan on getting/doing if I lack communication with God!?

Psalm 18:2 “The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.”

Psalm 18:2 “The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.”

"The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Though an army encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war rise up against me, yet I will be confident." (Psalm 27: 1, 3)

Trust in the Lord and do good; so you will live in the land, and enjoy security. Take delight in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. Be still before the Lord, and wait patiently for him. (Psalm 37:3-5, 7a)

Psalm is my favorite book in the Bible!!! <3
